Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing sjglobalsupply.com and requesting quotes or placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order is accepted.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on information provided and are valid for the period stated. Pricing may change with availability, quantity, and market conditions. A quote is not binding until an order is confirmed in writing by both parties.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment terms are established per order and may include checks, ACH, credit card, or net terms for qualified customers. Government and commercial orders are processed according to applicable procurement requirements.
4. Government Orders
When an order is placed under a government contract, purchase order, or other government purchasing instrument, the terms of that contract, including applicable FAR and agency supplement clauses incorporated by the contracting officer, govern. Where they conflict with these Terms, the government terms take precedence.
5. Products and Warranties
Manufacturer warranties pass through to the buyer where available. Otherwise, products are supplied without additional warranties to the extent permitted by law. Product images and descriptions are illustrative; the quote and order confirmation control.
6. Delivery & Fulfillment
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product, quantity, and carrier availability. S&J Global Supply is not liable for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or events beyond its reasonable control.
7. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy. Custom-sourced and special-order products may be non-returnable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, S&J Global Supply LLC's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the products involved, and S&J is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This section does not limit obligations imposed by a governing government contract.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, except where federal procurement law requires otherwise.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version.
