Government procurement

What NAICS and PSC codes do you work under?
Primary NAICS 423210 (Furniture Merchant Wholesalers). We also supply under 423710, 423850, 423610, 424120, and 423990. Primary PSC codes are 7110 (Office Furniture) and 7125 (Cabinets, Lockers, Bins, and Shelving).
Is S&J a small business?
Yes. S&J Global Supply LLC is a for-profit small business organized as a Wisconsin LLC.
Do you work with prime contractors and GSA Schedule contractors?
Yes. We supply prime contractors, GSA Schedule contractors, and resellers as well as agencies buying directly.
Can you provide procurement documentation?
Yes. We provide itemized quotes and can supply a W-9 and capability statement on request. We also support agency ordering and documentation requirements.
Do you supply commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products?
Yes. Most of what we source is COTS across furniture, MRO, hardware, safety, janitorial, breakroom, and office categories.
Ordering and quotes
Is there a minimum order?
No. We support single-item purchases through high-volume acquisitions.
How fast will I get a quote?
Standard quotes are typically returned within 24 hours. Complex or custom requests can take up to 48 hours. Call us for urgent needs.
What should I include in a quote request?
Product name or part number, specifications, quantity, delivery address, and needed-by date. Also say whether an approved equal is acceptable.
Can you find products outside your listed categories?
Yes. Custom and hard-to-find sourcing is a core service. If an exact item is unavailable, we can propose alternatives for your approval.
Pricing and payment
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Pricing reflects quantity, availability, and delivery requirements. The larger the order, the more room there is to sharpen the price.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are established per order. Tell us how your organization purchases and we will confirm the options available to you.
Shipping and delivery
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship nationwide and can drop-ship directly to your site for qualified customers.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We coordinate logistics and share tracking and delivery updates as your order moves.
Returns
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order details and photos. Damaged, defective, and incorrect items are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
Can special-order items be returned?
Custom-sourced and special-order items may be non-returnable. Ask before ordering if returnability matters.

Glossary
Procurement terms, plainly.
- UEI
- Unique Entity ID. The 12-character identifier SAM.gov assigns to every registered entity. Ours is QA4FZN1ZPC42.
- CAGE code
- Commercial and Government Entity code, used to identify suppliers in federal systems. Ours is 20DF1.
- SAM.gov
- The federal System for Award Management, where vendors register to do business with the government.
- COTS
- Commercial off-the-shelf. Products sold in the commercial marketplace and bought by government without modification.
- NAICS
- North American Industry Classification System. Six-digit codes describing what a business does.
- PSC
- Product and Service Code. Four-character codes describing what the government is buying.
- Micro-purchase
- A purchase under the micro-purchase threshold defined in FAR 2.101, often made with a government purchase card without full competition.
- Approved equal
- A product the buyer accepts in place of a named brand because it meets the same salient characteristics. Also called brand name or equal.
- Drop-shipping
- Shipping directly from the manufacturer or distributor to your delivery site.
